 Here is an excellent hand winch to either get your  boat  out the water or get yourself out of trouble.The wire cable is a bit frayed and short but you can easy fit another one as all the clips are there.Ratchet works fine and new condition otherwise.Pick up at tyabb[mornington peninsula]    or   I  can pack it for you at your expence
