Window mech roller HQ - WB inc Monaro GTS Torana Holden

!!!!!!!    WINDOW  MECHANISM  ROLLER  &  STUD   !!!!!!!     HQ-WB.   Ute / Van / Statesman / Sedan / Monaro ( coupe ) Torana LH - UC etc. Suits ALL doors Left / Right / Front / Rear. Also fits HQ - WB Station wagon tailgate mechanism.  These are often broken and cause the window to DROP out of place. I have a LARGE quantity of these available, so buy as many as you need. This roller is for the window winder mechanism.

Save some money, as its much cheaper to fix your old mechanism than to purchase a brand new unit !

There are THREE rollers on each mechanism. 

 

FITTING PROCEDURE ! Firstly the mechanism MUST be removed from door. You must grind off the end of the OLD roller locating pin and then "centre punch" the old pin out of the mechanism. Fit new roller and pin, then  hammer ( peen ) end of pin over just enough to stop it coming back out of the hole.
