WebCAM Server Pro version (“WebCAM-PRO”) is a compact stand-along camera. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard browser by entering the IP address or domain name, login name and password.
Each system can simultaneously support combinations of any two USB PC cameras, regardless of regular, infrared or pan-tilt. With its built-in web server, WebCAM-PRO can stream video images directly to the Internet without using a computer. Yes! NO PC required. WebCAM-PRO features a Windows-based software that allows users to archive streaming video directly into hard drives. The software also allows users to monitor multiple cameras on one screen.
The following graph gives us an idea how this model works. WebCam-PRO with 2 USB ports, allows you to mix and match different cameras to suit your security needs, such as pan/tilt, infrared USB Camera. Being connected to a wireless USB Dongle, you can get rid of hassles of cables. The RS232 port provides an alarm function by connecting a NetFeeler lite for temperature and humidity reading, smoke/gas detectors or up to 7 door/window security sensors.
