Please note that we take every care to get your items to you promptly and safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by Courier companies. Pickups is also available from our office between Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm.

Combined Postage |

Because of the weight of this item, we are unable to combine postage at the quoted prices. Please contact us if you would like to purchase other items from us and we will look at courier options for boxes over 5 kg. |

Returns & Refunds |

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you need to return the item you must contact us within 2 days of receiving it and return it to us within 7 days of contacting us. We will not refund or replace the item if you change your mind - so please choose carefully ! If it is a manufacturing fault we will repair (if possible) or replace the item or issue you with a refund. Returned items must be in the original condition as received. Shipping and insurance costs are non refundable. Your refund will be processed when your returned items are received by us. These products are all natural, it comes in any size, shape and colour. |

Non paying bidder policy |

We don't want you to have your eBay account suspended or your credit rating affected because of forgetting to pay and will send a reminder to you after 5 days. However if we do not receive your payment within 7 days after the reminder is sent we will notify eBay. If after 7 days we receive no contact or if there is no attempt to resolve the matter, then we will be forced to leave negative feedback. All this can be avoided. We are very reasonable and if there are problems then something can be worked out by contacting us. |
