OPEN UNIT by sliding the locking device on front of unit to the left. PRESS AND HOLD side buttons and gently pull carriage forward.
INSERT end caps into roll of plastic wrap or aluminum foil (foil cutter required for aluminium foil - please advise us if you want this)
Position ROLL back in unit and PULL OUT a short length, Close the Carriage
PULL OUT desired length
PRESS LID for a tangle free, neat, and safe cut everytime!!!

What size rolls can I use in the WrapMaster?

The WrapMaster and WrapMaster Foil are designed to accommodate rolls up to 120m Maximum with a standard width of 33cm.

Do I have to use a specific kind of plastic wrap or aluminum foil?

The WrapMasters are designed to work with just about any plastic wrap or aluminum foil purchased at the store, 33cm wide with maximum length of 120m.

Sometimes I have trouble getting the red/green end caps in the roll?

As there are quite a number of cling wrap varieties/brands on the market, there are subsequently a number of different roll sizes, which can sometimes make it difficult to put the enclosed red or green end-caps in. If this is the case for you, simply do not use the red or green end-caps as the system works exactly the same without them (i.e., just place the wrap roll in the unit as is and pull the cling wrap through as shown, no rod is required).
