Instructions for use "indicate"

"1. these climbers have been developed as a medium for getting men quickly into the upper branches of a tree for reconnaissance, op, or sniping purposes. They are not meant for use by personnel whose work entails the climbing of trees and standing on their climbers for some time as support while working. For this purpose, other types of climber iron are on issue to the A.M.F."
