If you are not sure whether a DVD or game advertised on eBay is genuine look for the official oflc.gov.au Australian rating sticker or imprint on the front - if it is not there - it is probably an unlicensed and inferior product. We will never sell pirate, bootleg, Asian or illegal copies. Where the manufacturer encloses the product in shrink wrap, the wrapping will be intact, however some of our distributors provide DVDs without shrinkwrap, or if a disk has become dislodged inside a sealed case we may need to unwrap it to quality check and re-seat the DVD. This does not imply the product is not new - unless otherwise specified all items we sell are brand new and guaranteed free of defects. If you have any problems see our returns policy.

• International Buyers - we have thousands of customers world-wide that we have supplied over the seven years we have been in business - you can be confident your item will arrive and in good order and condition, but please check that your equipment can play the DVDs we supply before buying. Most of the DVDs we supply are PAL format (unless stated otherwise) - USA and Canada usually have only NTSC format equipment so will not be able to play our DVDs.

• Flexible payment policy - just contact us if you need an extension on time to pay - don't miss out on that bargain or must have item just because pay-day is next week! And multiple part payments are ok for expensive items. Note that maximum time to pay is 28 days.
• Fair postage rate - Additional items purchased from us in the one order are only charged a small extra fee for each extra item for postage and handling. Every item we list on this site is in stock at the time of listing, but due to sales on other auction sites as well as our own website sometimes an item may become temporarily out of stock. The item will be placed on 'back order' with our suppliers and will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives.

We appreciate all payments being received within 7 business days. We will send you an email when your cleared payment is received by us. If you are having difficulty paying please contact us immediately to see if alternative arrangements can be made. All payment details are available when you checkout.

Customer satisfaction is primary in our business and we realise from time to time a customer may wish to return a product after purchase. Each item is sold with a full money back guarantee (excluding shipping & handling charges) if unopened within 14 days.

In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us for our Reply Paid address so you do not have to pay return postage. Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery.

Please carefully check the Region code and video format of any item before bidding or purchasing it to ensure you will be able to play it. Opened items are not accepted for return simply because you did not read the region coding and format information provided.

Region 4 (PAL) DVDs and Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in Australia or New Zealand. Other countries will need a multi-region capable DVD player and a PAL compatible TV. 

Region 1 (NTSC) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the U.S.A and Canada. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable dvd player, and an NTSC compatible TV.

Region 2 (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the United Kingdom and most players purchased in Europe.  Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player.

Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on most DVD players worldwide. United States and Canada will require a PAL capable TV.

Most recent dvd players and televisions are capable of displaying both PAL and NTSC formats, and most DVD players can be made multi-region by doing a Google search for the make and model and following the instructions to make it multi-region. If you are unsure please check the manuals for your dvd player and television.
