Optional Insurance Cover will be made available to you at checkout and covers your goods for loss or damage up to the value of $1,500. Insurance cover will range from $5 - $15 (depending on your location). If you select to take out insurance cover you will need to inspect your goods BEFORE signing for them. Alternatively you can note "subject to inspection" or "STI" beside your signature and must report any damage to the seller within 24 hours of signing for your goods. When signing for your goods you are agreeing to the couriers terms which state your goods have been received in good condition and once a signature is obtained you waive your right to claim for any damages.
