XBOX 360 Repair Service
So you have a Faulty XBOX 360 with RROD or it won't read your games?? Send it in and I will fix it for you at a competitive price. Most XBOX 360's suffering from RROD can be repaired by a process called Reflow. What is Reflow?
Reflowing is the process of resoldering the processors to the motherboard repairing the microscopic cracks that cause the CPU and GPU chips to lose contact though heating and cooling cycles.
Reflow works by bathing the processor chips with focused super heated air to resolder the chips original connections to the motherboard. The original and proven faulty x-clamps cause the motherboards to warp and creating the loose connections that are the leading cause of the Xbox 360 RROD errors.
After reflowing the processors, the original faulty CPU and GPU heat sinks x-clamps are not reinstalled although technically they can be. It’s debatable as whether or not to continue using the stock x-clamps to hold the heat sinks in place after reflow but my experience is that if they have failed once there’s no reason why they won’t fail again so I choose NOT to use them.
My technique is to use hardware of specific mechanical tolerances, unlike the kits containing the wrong sized hardware as sold on EBay, instead of re-using the original x-clamps. I also offer a cooling modification which increases the airflow over the GPU. MS have modified the design of the newer XBOX360's for better heat transfer from the GPU, but older systems will probably fail again overtime if no modification are carried out and only the reflow process is performed. This cooling option increases the GPU fan speed slightly (Not the 12v Mod) so there is minimal noise increase, aswell as some internal air re-routing. This cooling modification is an extra option to this service at a cost $30. Warranty will be extended from 6 Months to 12 Months if this option is taken. Not every Xbox 360 is repairable through Reflow. If your unit is unopened and no previous repair attempts have been made there is a good chance that your system is repairable. If a previous repair has been attempted I will attempt to fix it for you but if I can't you will have to pay for all shipping costs.
You do not pay for this service until I have advised you that your xbox has been repaired. If it can't be repaired, all you have paid for is to ship it to us, we will send your unrepaired xbox back to you at our expense only if a previous repair hasn't been attempted.

If your system gets the RROD within this period, I will cover the warranty work on your system for free. All you have to pay for is the shipping. You will void your warranty if your console is tampared with after any repairs are done. Warranty seals will be fitted so I can tell if it has been opened. Please ship only the console!! Do not ship cables, hard drives, memory card, or accessories. Pack your console well. We are not responsible for damage while shipping or damage due to poor packaging.
