For used items, we have tested and restored all items to as close to 'like new' condition as possible. All video games and accessories are also guaranteed for 45 days against any defects, and systems are guaranteed for 90-days to be free of any defects. We will provide a replacement free of charge should any item turn out to be defective. On used items we will only provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
