So is this everything you need to repair your xbox 360's 3 RROD?  

  - Well almost, you will need something to wash off the "chewing gum" from the heatsinks. Any small amount of rubbing alcohol and some cotton buds will do the job. You will also need a philips head screwdriver (world's most common screwdriver).
