Auction Terms:

11. We are not liable for transit damage, lost, delay and incorrect delivery etc postal and delivery issues. Shall problem arise, claim should be lodged to carrier. Please arrange transit insurance to cover the possible risk, or arrange your own carrier pick up from us, or do not place bid.
12. No transit insurance claim will be lodged if buyer did not pay for the insurance.
13. We are not in position to guarantee the delivery process of selected carrier as it is beyond our control.
14. All transit damages and lost etc postal issues need to go through insurance claim against the carrier. We will assist to lodge insurance claim on buyer's behalf. No action we can take until claim is finalized.
15. If sight damage is found when receiving the item, make sure that the damage is written on the consignment note (carrier's copy) before signing it.
16. Buyer will receive postage notification email when item is dispatched. Contact us ASAP if item has not arrived 7 business days after receiving our notification. If item is bounced back as unclaimed, buyer is required to pay for round trip postage in order to retrieve the item.
17. Buyer is responsible for all extra postage cost arise from unclaimed return, insufficient or incorrect address returns.

Warranty & Return:

1. In case of DOA, buyer is required to contact us within 7 days since receiving the item through eBay message system so that the first date of complain is recorded. In case of valid DOA claim, buyer is required to return the item with original packing and all accessories immediately. If returned item confirmed to be manufacturing defective, replacement will be re-delivered all on our expenses. Return postage will be reimbursed when dispatching the replacement.
2. For DOA claim, full refund including P&H cost will be made. However, item return postage will not be reimburded if buyer elect refund as settlement rather than replacement
3. All claims lodged to us after 7 days from receiving the item will be treated as warranty claim. Buyer is required to return the item to us on buyer's expenses. If returned item found to be manufacturing defective, replacement will be re-delivered all on our expenses. However, the returning posatge will not be reimbursed.
4. All warranty claim must be accompanied with our electronic invoice sent together with our postage notification email.
5. Defective items will be repaired or replaced on our discretion. If item cannot be repaired and no stock is available for replacement, partial refund of the winning amount with the same proprtion of the residual warranty will be made.
6. Replacement item will not extend its original warranty period. Repair work will be warranted for three months independant to warranty period.
