XXXX Brewery Tour Voucher - Double Entry

The XXXX experience

Lasting approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, the brewery tour is an entertaining and educational experience which tells the colourful XXXX story.  Starting in the XXXX Ale House Visitor Centre, the tour explains the history of brewing and shares the story of Castlemaine Perkins and its place in Queensland history. 

A walk through the brewery introduces you to the raw ingredients and brewing processes that are the foundation of the famous XXXX beers.  In the Packaging Hall you’ll see the southern hemisphere’s biggest single packaging line - there aren’t many breweries in the world where you get this close to the action!

Learn to pour yourself a perfect beer and taste it like a brewer, then relax in the Ale House bar and enjoy our famous beers… brewery-fresh!

XXXX Ale House Return Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law.

You can contact us on 07 33617597 or e-mail XXXXAlehouse@XXXX.com.au to arrange a return and we will provide you with an exchange or refund.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first as we may not refund or accept the return of any product where there has been no prior consultation.

If your return is not due to an XXXX Ale House error or manufacturing issue, carrier charges for returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you:

·         Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns

·         Either insure your package for safe return to the XXXX Ale House or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments.
