This is a brand new , unused item, but there may be some slight damage to the external packaging but REST ASSURED the item itself is BRAND NEW and unmarked. These items are sold with a 30 day return to base warranty. Should any hardware fault occur within the warranty period, please contact us. We have given a TRUE and HONEST description of the external case marking but cosmetic marks are down to personal interpretation. Delivery or Collection Information If you want to collect this item, you can collect from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm by prior arrangement.
