PAYMENT

POSTAGE OR COURIER The winning bidder must pay within 3 days, of auction end. Items not paid for after this time may be reported to eBay as a non-payment and may result in eBay suspension. Please contact us prior to bidding to authorise payment time extensions if needed.

PAYPAL is the accepted payment or email us (click on “ Contact Buyer) for DIRECT DEPOSIT detail. Pick-Up items must be paid via CASH and Picked Up with 5 Days of auction end. Items stored longer than 5 days will incur a $ 5 per day fee which is a lot less then what is costs us.

PICK-UP must be completed within 5 days of auction end. CASH PAYMENT (at time of pick-up) will only be accepted for pick-up (not Paypal or Cheque). Over Due non- payment and Late Item Pick Up (without prior arrangement) will be reported to eBay and suspension may occur.

RETURNS

We endeavor to describe items as accurately as possible and make no intention to deceive. However, please understand that some of our items are pre-loved and are to be purchased as is. We only accept returns on faulty electrical items (we test before listing and sell as fully working). Refunds will be given on the sold price of item not on postage.

Please note we use Australia Post to ship our goods. Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received and may take up to 7 business days to deliver. This is an Australia Post time frame that we cannot control. All postage's prices within Australia will incur an added Registered Post fee ($2.75), which includes post insurance to the value of $100.00.
