YAMAHA FBX-460 4-STRING BASS 1997 (September) 

I really like this one. Yamaha calls this the "hi-definition" finish. It's a faux-flame finish that really is impressive when seen in person. The photos do a good job at showing the small dings in the finish. Have a close look. It actually pretty good and don't forget, it's over 12 years old so it's well on it's way to being "vintage". That will add value in time, and will be a plus when it eventually is put up for sale again some day. The finish is thick and there is a crack (in the finish only) under and behind the tail piece. 

Unlike some other basses I've played, the control on this one are simple and intuitive. The left volume works the left pickup, the right volume works the right one. In between, there is a blend control. This behaves like a tone control and with it, there is no need for a switch. You get both extremes and anything n between.

I adjusted the neck, bridge and intonation so this guitar is ready to roll.

I clean and setup the guitars I sell as though I were keeping them for myself. I do not put them on eBay "as is" and enjoy making them play their best. I play them for a while then let them go.
