Returns

Returns will only be considered
if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of
the item.

Change of mind is not a reason
for return.
After contact and explanation of
your reason for the return, we will endeavour to
reach a mutually satisfactory decision. However,
please keep in mind, as the seller, we will
review all returns on a case by case basis and
this may mean that some returns are not
accepted.
Once we receive returned items
and we have verified the condition, we will
either provide a full refund of the purchase
price or an equivalent replacement item.
Postage & Handling charges are
strictly non-refundable. The buyer is
responsible for the postage to return the item
to us.
Postage &
Handling
We do combine
postage on ALL of our items to offer you savings
on your purchases. We will invoice you on the
combined amount, unless you ask for a quote
prior which you can enter.
If you select Regular or Express
Postage, we are not responsible for lost or
damaged items. Once an item is sent, it is
the responsibility of Australia Post to deliver
the item to you and at the buyers risk.
We take every care to properly
package and protect your item.
By selecting Express Post,
coverage areas will have their item the
following day after we notify you the item has
been sent. There is a delivery record which we
can provide, though this does not protect
against loss.
By selecting Registered Post, you
will have your item insured (up to $100) and are
protected against loss. For items which require
additional insurance, please contact us for the
exact amount.
Where postage
for a single item is not specified, please use
the calculator below to provide the cost to
enter.
All of our
postage prices are inclusive of handling and
associated packaging costs in line with eBay
guidelines.
Communication & Feedback
If you have a problem with an
item, transaction, or need more information, you
are required to give us an opportunity to
rectify the situation before leaving negative or
neutral feedback. We will provide the same
courtesy. In these cases, please contact us.
