This York X560 Elliptical Cross Trainer was purchased 12 months ago for $1400. It is in excellent condition, only being used three times.
The York X560 is a Light Commercial Elliptical of gym quality. If space is not a major issue, then a front wheeled Crosstrainer is the only way to go. The larger front wheel coupled with the levelling effect of the pedals provide a far superior, natural motion. Cross trainers/ Elliptical trainers were originally designed to emulate the motion of running whilst removing the negative effect of the impact of your feet pounding the pavement. This makes it an excellent machine for a smooth, impact free workout which is gentle on your joints. The dual action push and pull handle bars also helps to tone the arms and shoulders.
