     PACKAGING, POSTAGE & HANDLING  

• I provide all postage and handling requirements for the winning bidder at cost and ensure all my items are carefully packaged to arrive in good condition. 
• I do not make a profit on postage and handling charges. These costs can and do include: Stamps, box/parcel/satchel, masking tape, styrofoam, bubble wrap, registered post (if applicable), sender labels, sticky tape and the time to package the item. eBay clearly states in its Terms & Conditions that a handling fee may be charged by a seller.
• If you do not agree with the postage and handling rate advertised for any of my items, DO NOT BID OR TRY HAGGLING. IT IS STRICTLY NOT NEGOTIABLE.
  
• Sorry - Due to unforseen circumstances, NO LOCAL PICK UP IS AVAILABLE.

  YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS

• I post items out to your registered eBay postal address ONLY!  If you have changed addresses or have an alternative address you wish to use, please register it through your eBay personal preferences page. Having more than one registered postal address is allowed.  This helps in the rare case of a problem occuring with delivery of your item.   

  YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CHARGES

• If you do not agree with my postage charges or item prices, DO NOT BID ON MY ITEM OR ASK FOR A DISCOUNT OR CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE.
• By bidding on any of my listed items, you are agreeing to ALL terms and conditions of my auctions including postage costs (individual items or combined). 
• It is highly recommended that if you have any queries about any of my auction items, please e-mail me before bidding and I will do my best to reply to you as soon as I receive your email.

     MAKING PAYMENT

• Payment is required within three (3) days of auction ending.
• Payment methods accepted are Paypal and bank direct deposit only.
• If you have won an item and you are also bidding on another item which hasn't ended yet, as long as the end dates of the auctions are no more than seven (7) days apart, I am happy to offer combined postage which entitles you to a discounted postage amount for the additional item(s).
• Once your payment has cleared on my end, I endeavour to post your item(s) out on the same day, if not within 24 hours maximum.

     CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT

• If you do not pay for your item within the period specified in my terms and conditions, an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' will be opened through eBay and followed through accordingly.
• If payment is still not received after the dispute is opened, you are awarded an unpaid strike by eBay and you will be blocked from any future auctions I list.

     LEAVING FEEDBACK AT THE END OF A TRANSACTION 

• 99% of the time, a problem can be fixed by simply emailing me with your issue and I will endeavour to sort it out A.S.A.P.  Whether it may be relating to a delay in delivery, a damaged or broken item or a simple query about an item type or description - Email your queries through to me so I can get onto it for you A.S.A.P.
• If you kindly leave positive feedback, it is greatly appreciated and will always be positive in return!  I am a proud eBay Powerseller and strive to make my eBay transactions as smooth and trouble-free as I possibly can.
