All orders are despatched within 24 - 48 hours, unless otherwise stated. For customers outside the United Kingdom, please contact us for shipping costs before ordering. We keep our customers updated every step of the way, from processing to despatching. Customer satisfaction is our no.1 priority.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
For customers with an unconfirmed postal address please note that we only accept payment by postal order.

Any complaints regarding damage must be made immediately to the carrier and to BrandPerfumes.co.uk on +44 (0)1487 823 920, otherwise they will not be upheld under the insurance terms and conditions of carriage.
We insist that upon receipt the items are unpacked and inspected prior to signing the shipping document. "Not Checked" is not an acceptable means of delaying inspection.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
