I aim to get orders posted out within 2 working days of receiving payment. I use first class post and normally you get it the next day, however I cannot guarantee next day delivery unless the buyer asks for Special Delivery which is guaranteed the next day before 1pm. I always obtain Proof of Posting. Combined postage is only available when paid on one invoice, and for items ending within 24hours of each other. Discounts will automatically be applied at checkout when you pay for multiple items. Please wait for the combined invoice as I cant rectify it once you have paid.

All bids are final, non-payers will be reported to ebay. All lost and damaged items in the post will be claimed through Royal Mail if insurance is paid for. Please note I will not be able to issue a refund until I have settled the claim with the post office. I will always inform you of the outcome of the claim and might need more details from you to provide to the post office. This process takes several weeks, so your patience is greatly appreciated.
