Yacht - Sailmaster 845 designed by the late Kahn Walker. The Sailmaster 845 is a unique yacht based on the ubiquitous H28 except without the full length keel and with a few extra modifications. She sails beautifully and has taken us down to the bottom of the Whitsundays and as far north to the Low Isles off Port Douglas. I have owned her for 4 years now and I am sad to have to sell her. She has a 10hp Bukh in excellent condition which pushes her along at about 5.5 knts comfortable and chewing around 1.5 litres per/hour. She comes with a main and head sail, both of which are in good condition, as well as many extras. Some extras Include: CD/MP3 player Metho Stove Electric Head 30lb Manson Anchor and ground tackle (40m chain and then rope) Electric Anchor Winch 6 berths (one double above the head in the foxal), 2 singles with lea clothes a midships, and two single quarter berths towards the stern. 12v Engel Fridge/Freezer 40 watt solar panel and regulator Autohelm 400 Autohelm Depth instruments Safety Gear etc... etc... I am selling her because I started an English Language School (Townsville International English School: www.tiesnq.com.au) in January of this year and I simply don't have the time to use her anymore, which is very dissapointing. I lived on her for a year before buying a house and it was an absolute pleasure to live aboard her. She is very comfortable for either a couple or a single person and is quite a cheap option if your looking for a 'sea change'. If you would like to view her out of the water I will be slipping her hopefully this coming weekend and I can arrange a viewing if people are interested. After that she will be moored at the Nelly Bay marina and I can arrange to show people on board with some warning before hand. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email them through or give me a call (after hours is best) and I would be happy to answer any questions. Overall she's an honest yacht and a pleasure to own.
