Yashica Yashicaflex Uncommon 6x6 Last Model

This is the last model of the Yashicaflex range and is very uncommon. It has Yashikor lenses in a Copal MXV  1-1/500th B shutter with a self timer. It is quickly evidenced from any other Yashicaflex model by the thumbweels for adjusting aperture and shutter speed. Essentially it is the same as the Yashica D but you will notice the thumbwheels have a leatherette insert whereas the Yashica D has either plain aluminium or black plastic thumbwheels. Having said this, one must have regard for the numerous variables in models which I assume might have occurred if parts were in short supply.

This is a particularly nice example with no dents, and just a little paint wear on the rear edges of the film door. The leatherette is fully intact with no tears or shrinkage. The lenses do not appear to have scratches, marks, or fungus. The focus is smooth as is the operation of the waist level finder and pop-up magnifier. The shutter is firing nicely on all speeds and 'sounds' correct. The self timer is working correctly.
