Yimar provides 14 days replacement warranty or refund if no replacement available while return postage is at buyer's expense. Rugs can be returned through having a manufacture's fault not through wear and tear. We only accpet rugs that are returned within 14 days of purchased if they are in perfect condition and in their original packet. Due to health and safety regulations, rugs returned to us dirty, wet or smelly will not be inspected and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
