The Yoga in this dvd is suitable for pregnant women from the 14th week until the end of pregnancy. The clearly described yoga is demonstrated by pregnant women and is easy to follow even if you are new to Yoga. The program can be practiced as a whole or you can choose from the following bite-size sections:

- Standing

- Seated stretches

- Abdominal breathing and relaxation

The presenters are Eyl Holt from the BBC's fast show and Marion Symes who was a midwife for 12 years and now teaches yoga and birth preparation. Both are qualified yoga teachers and therapists who studied under pregnancy expert Francoise Barbira Freedman.
