Payment
  • Please pay within 3 business days of winning auction (unless arranged otherwise prior to auction end).
  • I prefer Direct Deposit.
Postage
  • I only post via Registered Post as these methods provide a tracking number. Express Post Platinum is available upon request at a small extra cost. Do not ask me for cost of Regular Post.
  • Registered Post for items over $50 is highly recommend.  Australia Post in its absolute discretion will only compensate up to the sum of $50 where an article has been lost or damaged in the course of carriage otherwise than by Registered Post.
  • If you are paying with PayPal, I will only post the item via Registered Post or Express Post Platinum - NO EXCEPTIONS!  I'm not trying to be difficult, but PayPal policy requires that I have a Post Office stamp for proof of postage... I'm just going by the rules.
  • I will do my best to post your item with 48 hours of payment, but due to my long work hours it is possible that sometimes I can only attend to postage of Registered Post and Express Post Platinum items on weekends. I will let you know if this is the case, but please do not bid if you are not happy with this potential delay, or pay me using direct deposit.  If paying by direct deposit your item will be sent the day after your payment clears in a regular Express Post Satchel (unless you request another option).  I will contact you once your item is posted.
