We use Australia Post and standard airmail parcel for all our international parcels. Standard Airmail has no tracking number or consignment note number, once the parcel is sent, we will notify customer the item has been sent and we cannot track the parcel movement from then on. We do not ship to:

Africa, South Africa, All Middle East countries, All South East Asia Countries excluded Singapore, Malaysia, China, Italy and Russia.

Generally time line for delivery (for General Reference Only, not guarantee):

United States: 15 - 20 working days for arrival, some states will take longer.

United Kingdom: 15 - 20 working days, rural area will take longer.

 New Zealand: 7 - 10 working days, RD will take 5 working days longer.
