This is Zoom's top-of-the-line guitar processor, with a metal case for onstage use and abuse. I've owned Korg, Boss, and DigiTech. Believe me if you want something that sounds good through your rig for live shows this is it.Besides the VAMS (Zoom's Variable Architecture Modeling System) amp and preamp emulations, there are 69 effect types - use up to 9 at once! The "Easy Edit" knobs and MIDI implementation make live and studio use a breeze. There are 160 built-in Zoom patches and 80 user programmable patches.

This is a Zoom product, so you know there are still more features. How about a 25 second phrase sampler? The sampler also has a mode called "Jam Play," which lets you record 12 seconds of audio and play it back at a slower speed - without changing the pitch! Cool!
