Payment should be made within 3 days of purchase date. If further time is needed to make a payment we need to be informed about it as soon as possible. If no payment is received at the end of 8^th day since the purchase date a case will be filed and the buyer will receive a unpaid item strike from Ebay.If you pay using Direct Deposit we will notify you as soon as the payment shows up in our bank account.You will be notified via email once your payment [PayPal or Direct Deposit]is received.

Shipping:

We ship 2 to 3 times a week .Your order will be sent within 48 hours of the payment clearance.

We ship using Australia Post for all our parcels. You will be notified by email once the item is shipped.

Domestic:

Delivery charges vary. Kindly check the individual listings for details. Insurance is optional but buyers are encouraged to include insurance.

Delivery times: In our experience, items get delivered to most locations within 7 to 9 working days.

Please allow this time for the item to be delivered. If it takes longer kindly contact us as soon as possible via EBay. A tracking code will be provided when the insurance option is selected.

International:

International deliveries take 7 to 10 days to Asia

 2 to 3 weeks-USA and Canada

3 to 4 weeks-Europe, Middle East and South America, Africa.

Please note that this is the longest the parcel is likely to take,to arrive to the destination.Most deliveries occur before these time periods.

International Insurance:$9.50

This insurance is optional. But if you need online tracking of your item, you are encouraged to opt for insurance. If insurance option is not selected a customs docket number will be provided. All international items will be sent using AIRMAIL.  AIRMAIL is speedy and efficient.

Though it is rare, if the item goes missing, we will do our best to help you to track the item down.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:

All our items are brand new, unless otherwise stated and the actual images of the items are shown in the photos.

We accept returns as long as the item is returned in its original condition. The postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item needs to be exchanged, the cost of the item being sent back to the buyer has to be borne by the buyer. If any information given on the listing is incorrect in any way we will bear the cost of sending the item back to the buyer. All our listings have detailed and correct information on the product.
