Hi there Up for sale is a Zodiac Inflatable that has been sitting around for the last 12 months or so doing very little. I purchased it about 5 years ago second hand to use as a tender for a boat I had on a mooring. I sold that boat about 2 years ago so have had little use for the zodiac. As I've also got a half cabin boat and a jet-ski, the little inflatable does not get much of a go - only the occasional picnic. It is pretty good condition. It has an inflatable V hull which helps it plane very well, although any more than 2 adults and it can be a struggle to get it up on the plane. The 15 Hp moves it along very well - make it better than just a tender really. There is 1 issue with the boat. The transom has started to seperate from the side of the boat. I expect that this could be repaired reasonably easily by replacing the transom but I haven't bothered. If you were going to use it as more than just a tender I'd suggest fixing it - this will make sure you don't lose your motor! When inflated one side goes down over a few days (it has 4 seperate inflating chambers) but I think it leaks through the valve, not that it has any holes. The valve has a cap to stop this but I don't think I have been doing it up tight enough. Anyway, it certainly stays up all day so it is not a big issue. Foot pump, by the way, is included. Also included is the cover, which is only a few months old - but does have a small hole on top near the motor. Trailer is fully galvanised and is in good condition. There is surface rust on the rims but they are fine to tow with. The lights from the look at them when I took the photos this afternoon look like they have had water in them (at least the right side does) so they may need to be replaced. They are submersible LED types so I'm surprised that it has leaked. The wheel bearings would need replacing. I reckon they are fine for local purchase, but if you want to tow it Sydney or Newcastle I'd suggest replacing first. The Mariner 15 hp is in very good condition. It starts VERY easily and has never caused me any hassles. It has not been serviced since I have had it as it has really had very little use, but has always been flushed after every use. Inspections are Very welcome - and recommended as bidding is final. Happy to start the motor to show it is running, but don't really want to take it out in the water everytime someone wants a ride. I have been burnt before by time wasters so please bid only if you are genuine. I just want to move the boat onto someone who can use it, and free up some space in my yard. It is simply going to waste here - which is a shame. Trailer rego is about to run out (16th November) - $52 to renew Boat rego has expired. I have checked today and I can renew it for 12 months for $30 reinstatement fee and about $51 rego fee. If boat reaches the Buy it now price ($1800 - which is at least the value of the motor) I will either renew both for you, or deduct $150 from the price to cover the renewals - your preference. Boat is advertised elsewhere at the B.I.N. price so I reserve the right to end auction early if it sells elsewhere. Note: It is a bargain because I just want to sell it. I really need the space, and don't need the wife complaining to me that I have more "toys" out the front than the kids do. I may be able to help with delivery for petrol costs or so - just ask. Worst I can say is "no". Any questions???? Please just ask.
I would much prefer Cash on Pickup or direct deposit rather than Paypal.
