This new pedal from Zoom offers two algorithms, one for live and one for recording. The sound you create in practice or in the studio can be brought straight to the stage, or you can take the sounds you worked out in rehearsal and use them in the studio. Totally versatile. This new model features 40 original patches by George Lynch himself (20 studio and 20 live), heavy duty construction including a metal chasis, metal jack inputs and outputs, and heavy-duty stomp switches. Although this unit can run on 4 AA batteries, an AC adapter comes with it. This versatile pedal has 54 effect types which up to nine can be used simultaneously. It has 16 amp/stomp box modeling types to choose from and nine effects modules. 40 patches are user modifiable and 40 are factory patches. It also has 6 bands of EQ, harmonized pitch shifter, and a built-in chromatic tuner and drum machine. The combination of rotary type selector and three parameter knobs makes the effect editing process intuitive and quick. The mute interval between patch switching is less than 5 milliseconds making seamless patch changes possible. The specifications are:
This pedal is great for live performance as well as recording using patches specifically dedicated for that purpose. Easily duplicates popular effects and sounds of famous recordings and artists, but is totally modifiable to unleash your creativity. The headphone jack and drum machine as a metronome allow for personal practice. The control in jack allows for the use of an optional foot switch (FS01) or expression pedal (FP01/FP02) which are available seperately. See my other store listings for these. This is a great pedal that will serve you well for a long time.
