50 Holy Basil  Seeds 

(Ocimum sanctum)

Also known as Tulsi

The plant shown above has been growing in my garden for four years.

 Holy basil is a sacred plant of India.  You will find it growing near hindu temples and houses.  It is used in Hindu ceremonies. The leaves are rarely used in India cooking.

Holy Basil's slender green leaves have a strong camphor smell.   The leaves can be mixed in a salad.

Basil needs a warm sunny position. 

Holy Basil is known to be used for medicinal purposes
