PAYMENT: Payment required within 48 of auction end. International buyers paypal only. UK postal orders and personal cheques accepted with guarantee card details on reverse. Items are not dispatched until cheques have cleared.

RETURNS: All auction sales are final and returns will only be accepted if there is a fault with the item or there has been a gross error in the description of the item. Please ensure to ask any questions before bidding if you are uncertain on sizing etc.

Returns on items that simply do not fit or suit are not classed as faulty and will not be refunded.

All ‘buy it now’ or Shop inventory items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with the item. These items must be returned in their original condition at the buyer’s expense.This excludes cosmetics, jewellery, swimwear and underwear.

LOST ITEMS: I keep proof of postage receipts for one month after posting.  In the unlikely event of your item getting lost by royal mail I will provide all documentation needed for you to process a claim.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING: Please be aware that the postage charge covers packaging, postage and admin charges. All items are sent in new, protective padded envelopes.
