LOW RESERVE!!! This van 16-18FT taking the top into consideration was aquired with a new property i just purchashed and was left in the paddock , This van would need a lot of work to get back on the road and in need of reframing the pine frame along 2 of the side walls as they move when you push on them has a few broken window and flat tyres and air cond missing from hole, the floor seems ok the trailer seems fine and roof is still sturdy , It has rat poo thoughout and a old bed , house fridge and junk will be left in it and sold as:is , You can clean it out yourself and get a permit and tow it slowly away , i can pump up wheels but cannot guarantee that they hold as i do not know that much about it apart from it was once lived in! . It can be restored with some tlc by reframing the side walls (not too difficult) just clean all the junk out replace windows and a good tidy up it could come up quite ok and would be worth much more done up , so if you would like a weekend project then this maybe for you ready for camping! or use it for parts or trailer .

It has a top double bed area and lower double bed and small living area but not sure about kitchen as its too messy to get in it properly .

I can hold it on the property for a week( BUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FIRST ME 24HRS AFTER AUCTION OR IT WILL BE RE AUCTIONED) if you need time to get the permit over the phone at D.O.T $20 or new tyres , the van is located in bakers hill about 70kms east of perth or 40 mins past midland
