up for sale is a package deal consisting  of a dual axle 18ft viscount van(84 model) with aluminium annexe and floor complete with verandah in treated pine timber and colourbond....

Van is in good condition the annexe has shower/toilet....

Package is  dismantled  and can be delivered to your site at buyer expense.

I can also offer assistance in erecting the annexe if required(but only locally)
