hi up for auction is this old 45hp chrysler  dont no how old and i dont no weather it runs or not,seems like a short leg but not 100% sure. found it in the brothers shed when cleaning it out, the motor looks very clean all over i cant see any oil or moisture any where. only thing i did notice was small alloy piece broken(in photo) not sure what it is but is

positioned just under fly wheel at top.feels like it has good compresion so it is not siezed.any questions
