this is a collector plate by royal doulton from 1991,the basket maker bradex 26-r62-35.6 plate number 1165c in the edition of the basket maker by susan neale sixth issue in the collectors plate series entitled old country crafts ,painted by the artist exclusively for this edition and firing to thehighest quality srtandards of royal doulton ,this edition is limited to a maximum of 150 firing days--basketry is an ancient craft that looks deceptively easy,it was a joy to see this young man carrying on the traditional skill ,signed susan neale,this is a stunning plate in stunning condition it look as if it just came out of the shop,this comes with a genuine certificate of authenticity,
