hi this is a good twin cab it has a little rust above and below doors but not major. it has reg to 3/10 but you need to get rwc before the 7/11/09 it has new brake shoes that go with it there are front seat covers the front end is tight, it has a 5 speed box and a tow bar  i dont no what it would need for a rwc. you should come and look before bidding im rick and my number is 0411094251
