•  Parcel Post (4-10 days)
  • Parcel does not come with insurance.
  • A buyer can purchase insurance for usually 1.70.
  • Insurance cost will increase to about 3.40 on invoices 50.00+
  • Parcel also does not come with a tracking number.
  • Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
  • I am not responsible for loss or damange to item once it has been posted. 

• Priority Mail (typically 2-3 days)

  • Priority mail comes with insurance up to fifty dollars coverage and a tracking number. 
  • I STRONGLY recommend getting priority mail.
  • I am NOT responsible for loss or damange to package once it has been mailed.

• International shipping

• Due to the expense of international shipping please email me with the item(s) you are interested in and your address for a shipping quote.
• I try to get the shipping as low as possible for international however....
• ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE SEND PRIORITY MAIL (some smaller items are able to go first class, if you choose first class 1.10 will be added for proof of mailing document)
• Please understand, I am not responsible once an item has been mailed.

*Insurance can be bought and is always an option, even if it doesn't come up on the invoice, email me and I will correct it.

*Buyers always have the option to ask any and all questions before bidding. If you want more pictures of an item, please send me your email address and I will gladly send more photos.

• An item can be returned
• Hands On Toys needs to be contacted w/n 3 days of recieving the item
• Shipping either direction will not be refunded.
• Only the auction price will be refunded if there is a significant misrepresentation of the item in the auction. A significant misprepresentation needs to be presented for a refund.
