RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you receive a damaged hat as a result of a crushed box please contact us and we will file a claim and instruct you on how to proceed with the return. You may after contacting us, return your merchandise by completing the following:

• Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. If exchanged, for domestic we will pay ground shipping for the new hat to be shipped back to you. Sorry, customers outside AUSTRALIA. are required to pay all shipping charges for any desired exchanges.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
• Expect a refund within 7 to 14 days after we have received your return in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.
• If an exchange is indicated we will pay the ground shipping cost back to you, excluding international orders. International exchanges will reshipped at the original shipping costs.
• Please carefully package your return, along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt. We recommend that you insure the parcel and return via standard ground service. We cannot handle your return any quicker, so do not ship back using express shipping.

If a single ITEM is ordered with an express option (Next day, 2nd Day or 3 Day) and we are unable to ship the item immediately due to availability, the backordered item will be shipped via ground service upon it's arrival and you will be charged accordingly unless you contact us and arrange to have your backordered merchandise express shipped.

If multiple items are ordered with an express shipping option (next-day, second-day, or three-day), and we are unable to ship the order complete, the back ordered items will be shipped free of charge via regular ground when they arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Customers: We know that the cost to ship items around the world is high. We are constantly investigating various options and/or negotiating rates. At this point, little more can be done to lower rates (but we will keep trying). FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE OF THE AUSTRALIA IT IS CHEAPER TO SHIP MULTIPLE ITEMS.

1. The shipping, handling, packaging and insurance charge is all inclusive. This gives piece of mind for your purchase. We will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order if available and not a custom order (not counting weekends).

2. We offer PAYPAL as a payment option. We hope this bridges the oceans for some of you.

3. IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT KNOW THE LAWS IN EVERY COUNTRY REGARDING TAXES AND DUTY FOR EACH AND EVERY KIND OF HAT MATERIAL THAT WE SELL. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PAY SUCH DUTY AND TAXES IF APPLICABLE. YOU MAY WANT TO RESEARCH THIS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Note For International Customers: Because we have numerous facilities, there may be up to a week delay shipping multiple hat orders internationally. Because of the high cost of shipping internationally, unlike domestic orders, it will be necessary for us to fist accumulate all the products in one facility before shipping the goods.

SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS

We can have almost any helmet, shield, armour piece or standards made. If we do not have in store then
please e-mail us. We may have it in stock, or we will try to get it for you. Special order items and personalized items are not returnable.

We can and do wholesale items, please contact us for any enquiries. All large quantity orders that are returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Wholesale/B2B purchases are final sales and not refundable. Special orders and custom armour/helmets are final sales and are not refundable.
