Up for auction is a Genuine and as new condition 2003 Made in USA Gibson Les Paul Special (Serial Number 03232442) finished in the very vintage looking Faded Cherry - Gibson had this model originally kicking around in 1955 ...... This hard to find model has a solid Mahogany body that is in as new condition (as is the rest of the guitar) and chrome hardware. She is set off beautifully with powerful Alnico Pole Humbuckers in both the bridge (498T) and neck (490R) positions, 3 way pickup selector switch, and 2 volume and 2 tone controls. This gorgeous guitar really pumps out that unique vintage sound with heaps of versatility that Gibsons are well known for ..... This gorgeous guitar is not nearly as red as it looks in the first two pictures either - something about red spectrun when you take pictures) ..... The lovely set neck is in excellent condition and has a 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard with pearl inlay markers and high quality Gibson Deluxe stamped machine tuners .....
