 here i have a thick tarpolin annex i used for my kombi although it would suit any camper van or even a four wheel drive, it has a rope threaded through the seam on one side so you will need a strip of that c shaped aluminium as a mount for the rope., there is nothing wrong with the top, it is in perfect condition, although there are 3 burn holes in the side part no bigger than a 20 cent piece. there are 5 holes in the top for poles and the side piece has 6 up either side and 6 across the bottom. side piece can also be used for an extended roof with extra poles. i can add in poles at an extra cost on pickup.

dimensions when erect are top, 11' x 9'8" and side, 9'8" x  5'10"

pickup is offered but if you want to organise postage i will be more than happy.
