How much will shipping cost to my location?
There is a shipping calculator located in the middle of each auction. You will be able to see the charge to ship the item in that auction to your location (including the packaging & handling charge) via the different carriers.
What carrier do you use to deliver your packages?
During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose one of our three carriers USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
If you have a PO Box or an international address, we will use USPS Priority Mail or Priority International Mail to deliver your package.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment has been received, it may take 1-3 business days to process your order. Often times, we will ship your order the next business day. However, from time to time processing may take longer.
Once we ship your item, which will normally be 1-3 business days after payment has been received and cleared, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to arrive via ground service. We are located in Phoenix, so the farther you are away from us, the longer it will take to be delivered. We do offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air expedited shipping, but we ask that you would contact us prior to making your payment so we can send you a PayPal invoice reflecting the increased shipping amount.
How do I find out where my package is?
After payment has been received, your order will be processed and once the package is ready to be picked up by the carrier, we will email you the tracking number. The email will be sent to your registered email address.
Can I pick up my order directly?
For local pickups, we charge a handling fee plus 8.3% sales tax. The hours for pickups are Monday Friday 9am 2pm. Please contact us prior, so we can be sure to have your item ready.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. We would be glad to accommodate you and we will add a packaging and handling fee to the price of the item. If you wish to use your shipping account, please contact us prior to paying for the item so that we can send you a corrected PayPal invoice excluding the shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally to most destinations as allowed by postal regulations. International packages may have customs fees, import duties and/or taxes that are not included in the item price or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what theses additional costs may be prior to bidding/buying.
