Scooba uses only clean solution (tap water, water and vinegar or deep cleaning, fresh scented Clorox® Scooba Cleaning Solution) to wash floors. It even cleans beneath cabinet edges, tables, chairs and other hard-to-reach places. Scooba 350 includes one Virtual Wall to mark off-limit areas.

Aurobo includes with Scooba 350 an original iRobot power supply which has been altered to become universal and comply with Australian, New Zealand, European, Indian, Chinese and Russian mains power (220-240V AC). At the same time the power supply is compatible with Japanese and US 120V.

Many customers ask what is the latest model of Scooba and what is the difference comparing to Scooba 380? Well, both models are the latest and pretty the same. Scooba 380 travels a little faster, has additionally a charging base where you can charge a spare battery and storage mat. If you are ready to pay extra $450 for that, Scooba 380 is your choice. On the other hand we believe that Scooba 350 is the most cost-effective model. You may Google to find independent reviews! That's why Aurobo store does not sell other models of Scooba.

Aurobo provides warranty repair and replacement for almost all products by ourself. Before returning any faulty goods to us you must contact us, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and provide with instructions on where to send the faulty item. Any returned goods must be complete with all accessories and in original packaging. Our Service Centre reserves the right to reject incomplete or not properly packaged items. All costs associated with returning faulty goods are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. However we will pay for the cost of shipping a replacement/repaired item.
