We do not take responsibility in the goods lost or damaged in transit. All the items are checked and packed very carefully to arrive at your doorstep very securely however for peace of mind and extra safety we highly recommend customers to take up insurance at an extra cost.

All my things are handmade and they may vary a little bit with the picture displayed, please keep that in mind.

After the Auction ends

We only accept Bank Deposit and pay pal as the mode of payments. Please contact me within 3 days after the auction has ended and deposit money within 7 days unless mutually agreed. Let me know if you are going to bid on other items so that I can hold items and combine postage.

If no contact has been made and no payment deposited in 7 days, I will re list the item and leave feedback straightaway, so please drop in an email after the auction ends so that I know what is happening at your end.

After receiving your goods

After you have received the goods and are happy about it I would appreciate if you could leave a positive feedback ASAP.
