all my teddy bear sets are new and still in original packaging, therefore they should have no damage etc. if however you do find any defects i will be more than happy to replace the set with a set of the same style. please just return the set to me and once i have received it and confirmed defect i will immediately post replacement set. my utmost aim is customer satisfaction, if my customers are not satisfied, then i am not satisfied.
