Womens Fashion Attire uses Australia Post E PARCEL to ship your order. This allows both the seller and buyer to track their order directly online at http://ausposttracking.com.au/

HOW IT WORKS

Each parcel carries a barcode address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process.

Parcels are collected from our warehouse by Australia Post each afternoon and taken to our local parcel centre at BAULKHAM HILLS BUSINESS CENTRE.  Here, the parcels are checked and a scan event is created.  This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early the next day.

Insurance is NOT INCLUDED with E PARCEL, however can be added if you wish.

Additional insurance cover separately is at the rate of $2.20 per hundred dollars of cover.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

The local parcel contractor in your area will attempt to deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Payment Terms & Conditions

·        Payment is strictly due within 3 days of purchase (72 hours).

·        Womens Fashion Attire is a registered business. All prices are GST inclusive.

·        Registered post is $10 for the first item and $3 each additional item. NO EXCEPTIONS!

·        Lay By is available on purchases over $400. Please email us for more details.

·        All Items posted to verified paypal addresses!!

Combined postage is available, however PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH CHECKOUT! Please request combined total otherwise we won’t be able to combine your order. This will mean each checkout out will be treated as a separate transaction, so postage will need to be paid for each item separately.

We no longer send EXPRESS POST as we are unable to insure the item and even though it may take a day longer to reach you with E- PARCEL, both the seller and buyer can be guaranteed the item/s will be received and not lost in transit as the buyer’s signature is required on delivery.

We are happy to ship items to destinations outside of Australia. Please email us with your wish list and address for a shipping quote.

If payment is NOT received within 3 days as per the terms and conditions we will send you a courtesy reminder. If payment is still not received a week after the sale an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE will be opened AUTOMATICALLY. If you are unable to pay within the allocated time frame please email us and advise us, however these disputes are part of EBAY policy and our company policy and will be opened on the 8^th day of non- payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange form is included in every delivery. If you would like to exchange an item indicate your requirements on the form. An exchange is subject to stock availability so please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Your replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the item you are returning.

You will be charged for any balance due on your exchange item plus $15 Postage / Handling / Packing / Re- stocking for the first item and $5 each additional item. Note bulky items may incur additional postage charges. All outstanding amounts must be paid via PAYPAL!

All our items are carefully inspected prior to postage, and we DO NOT SEND FAULTY ITEMS.

Please choose carefully as non-payment will result in an unpaid item strike and being reported to Ebay.

If someone else around you has used your EBAY account and has bid or purchased any items in our store that is 100% your responsibility!

All bids and purchases are a legally binding contract as stated in EBAY’S terms and conditions.

Most of our sales are ended with happy customers and wonderful feedback.

However a small % weren’t so smooth. Mostly with new EBayers, who didn’t get a chance to understand the Ebay system completely or due to feedback abuse by buyers.

Communication, politeness and friendliness are the keys to a happy transaction!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just get back to us as you would to any department store.

Then you will have an opportunity to resolve any issue, of course remembering SALE TERMS you agreed to when placing your bid.

If you choose to leave feedback when you are not satisfied without contacting us, the transaction is then considered complete and you still have the item you are not happy with.
