Found in my great grandmother's sewing box,this lace is from around the 1920.There are 2 pieces,0ne piece is 1m 40,another is 75cm.It is quite fragile so will not tolerate heavy wear. It would be a suitable trim on dolls clothing or a special occasion garment.I'd say it was originally on a nightie or petticoat.Stitch on the muslin for a panel in a dress or garment.Ribbon could be threaded along this for extra effect.
