Postage

I am happy to combine postage for multiple items, once you have bought all the items please wait for me to send you a new invoice before you make payment as the postage is not automatically discounted.

Personalisation Details

If you have bought an item which needs to be personalised then please let me know the details when you make payment, either by leaving a message in the box on the Paypal payment or buy using the contact seller link on the listing.

Dispatch Times

Non-personalised items are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment and personalised items are dispatched within 5 working days. If you need an item to arrive sooner than this please check with me first ,before buying, so I can advise you if this will be possible.

Returns

If any of your items reach you damaged, faulty or not as described then please return the item to me, and I will offer you either a replacement item or a full refund (including your postage costs).

If you buy a non-personalised item and you decide you don't want it I am happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the item ( minus your postage costs) if the item is returned to me within 14 days of receiving it.

Unfortunately all personalised items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or faulty.
