It is a 4" Automatic, spring loaded, spiral drill mint and new. The drill is designed for fine work, as the largest drill bit it will accept is 1/16". Tool has a 4 jaw chuck, and can be used either one or two handed. It is beautifully designed and extremely well machined. Used extensively in the Jeweler's and Watchmaker's trade, you will find that it has many uses in your shop. Simply inserting a brad nail or a pin will turn the tool into pilot hole reamer in fine woodwork. 2. For PAYMENT UPON PICKUP at our retail store, we gladly accept all forms of payment including cash.
3. Buyer to pay Shipping, Confirmation, Handling and optional Insurance. Sales ending at amounts $200.00 and above, will have a $2.30 Confirmed Signature Fee Added.
4. SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE rates for this auction are quoted for shipment within the United States only.
5. We ship all items 5 pounds and under through the U. S. Postal Service at Priority Mail rates, with Delivery Confirmation Receipt cost added.
6. Items weighing above 5 pounds are shipped at Parcel Post rates to your zoned location.
9. Books will be shipped BOOK RATE for your savings.
10. Third Party Shipping Insurance is OFFERED on every domestic transaction, which will provide a full refund of the "Original" purchase price, shipping, handling and insurance fees, when the item arrives damaged, caused by a common carrier shipper.
11. Minimum handling fee of $1.50 is included in shipping charge for every item purchased. Larger items and items requiring extra packing will be slightly more.
12. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We will ship internationally and do so on a weekly basis. Shipping price quoted is for countries participating in the International Priority Network. CANADA and MEXICO buyers will receive a $2.00 reduction, and buyers in all other countries will have an increase. ALL SHIPMENTS TO ITALY WILL ONLY BE SENT REGISTERED, which is an additional fee. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or
